Extremely toxic workplace environment. Middle management is virtually nonexistent, leading to a culture of office politics and bullying. There are numerous instances of incompetency, with individuals going to great lengths to cover their flaws and make others' lives miserable. Responsibility and accountability are severely lacking, with individuals often deflecting blame and avoiding taking ownership of their actions. High turnover leads to a lack of project continuity. Employees often find themselves assigned to major projects without adequate support, resources, or documentation. Requests for assistance are often dismissed as incompetence rather than an opportunity for guidance. Despite the company's media presence and claims of success, the reality is that most of the projects are PR-related, with little substantial work being done. This is especially disappointing given the high skill level of team members, who rarely see their potential utilized effectively. In the end, the toxicity of this workplace may take a significant toll on mental health. I would strongly advise against considering this company if you're looking to further your career. There are no opportunities for advancement or skill development internally.

Clown bosses, clown managers, clown HR department. Very toxic environment, there is no option to work remotely which is just ridiculous. They continuously monitor every move you make. They always offend the employees and the bullying is constant. They lie to the customers trying to sell products that there is neither a specific plan to get them completed nor the know-how so when the time comes they put excessive pressure on the employees which comes with bullying and offences. These are only a few of the reasons why there is such a high turnover of employees in this company.
