      Flexible and quite friendly environment workspace

      Cons

      Bad management and salary is too low from standards, too much on the comfort zone, the employee didn't even get any skill development, the superior not a competent one because they get the position from nepotism.

      Underpaid workers, poor pay raise policy, unbalanced workloads division, frequent miscommunication from the higher-ups/manager, poor human resources department, company rarely invest in their own employees, alleged corruption among higher-ups, many more type of mismanagement of the company and its employees
