      Working at Citizen Housing (former WM Housing Group) was the biggest mistake of my professional life. They promote anti oppressive practice, equality, positivity. In reality it is the opposite. They should rename their motto as 'not my job' or 'blame it on.....'. The most unhelpful and unprofessional people that I have ever met. The state of the properties is shocking and so many things are covered up. The customers really do get a terrible service. Please do not apply, I still have nightmares about working there.
