Pros
Not really any except the employees that do all the grunt work are mostly nice people.
Cons
Worst upper management I have ever encountered. Reactive not proactive. They are in constant fire drill mode. They lie to clients about software capabilities, and about automation of processing in other depts. Then clients get mad and complain to everyone. No raises for employees in over 6 years in some cases. No support from upper management, upper management sits in meetings and makes fun of the employees that are doing all the work. Very unprofessional. Company is in a decline.
