Happy every day going into work. Wonderful environment to work in everyday. Friendly people and so relaxing

Not alot i can say about cons really except for perhaps better communication . The company is growing and is still new in the industry so far so good

Pros

Some cool colleagues, but the company is getting bigger and more competitive and more anonymous. Not the same like before. The cool people are leaving currently.

Cons

I think most of the reviews on Glassdoor are fake. The level of frustration at WOW is super high, especially in the so called commercial department. A lot of power play, male colleagues are still in the lead. Do not work here..

I mean, the name is Womanizer... that should tell you everything you need to know? It's just another company run by a white men who think they can stomp all over everyone through aggression and predatory practices
