Join if you like to get hammered with tight deadlines, heavy projects and lack of people to do the job
Pros
Fresh grads will get a chance to lead a project from start to finish. Get to touch on a variety of projects. Nice office. Get to work with devs and pms (subjective experience if you end up assigned with an incompetent one). Also, do not report anything to HR because she will out you to the bosses instead.
Cons
NO CAREER PROGRESSION FOR UIUX DESIGNERS. Either sink or swim here. Working pace is the same speed as Japan's shinkansen. Incompetent people take up 60 to 70% of the employees inside. If you like OT-ing everyday to 11 pm or later, this is the place for you. No compensation for working late as well. Staff benefits are poor. Read your contract carefully, and make sure you are comfortable with some of their clauses which may be sketchy.
