Great benefits and paid time off

Cons

Consistent inbound, call center call taking. Mass layoffs in 2023. Must consistently meet metrics or be threaten with a PIP. Everyone is on FMLA and/or taking anti-depressants for mental health issues. Play the corporate game.

Pay is good for retail

Cons

Literally the most evil company you can imagine working for. It's a case study on how to screw the customer as often and as deeply as possible. Employees are given no direct means of helping a customer - there are so many hoops to jump through for resolution. Encouraged to be as aggressive as possible as if that's a positive trait.
