      New management has seen an increase in micromanagement and senior staff leaving. The company is very quickly turning into a hostile environment and uncomfortable place to work. The lack of new hires is also concerning. The future of this company is uncertain, its inability to keep up with the market has left them in a vulnerable position. Please note this is for the UK division.
