Pretty Good company Truck and Gas Card

Cons

Lack of management, This company thrives on hiring their buddies, they have people in positions that do not have the qualifications nor the experience to guide the company at all!! If you want to work in an environment where nobody communicates and you are left either thrown under the bus or stuff falls thru the cracks and deadlines are missed, than this is the place to apply too.

Inept middle management

Pros

They have a colorful logo, make payroll every two weeks and have a respectable benefits package. Company provides all office supplies and access to decent computers and telephones.

Cons

Too many inept middle managers (for example, engineering managers) that survive cut after cut presumably due their ties to VPs (it can't possibly be due to their skill as managers nor their basic understanding of the business).

High stress environment, no job security, layoffs are frequent and completely random.

Good benefits and pay. Good work-life balance. Free parking, good location downtown. Welcoming culture.

Cons

2-3 major layoffs per year since 2014. Some of the absolute best and brightest have been slashed out for no reason and with no transition period, leaving those left to scramble and recover. High stress environment. Managers favor cheap, inexperienced new employees and send older employees out to pasture. Major favoritism and nepotism evident. Too many executive changes too quickly and no promotion from within muddied the waters.
