Pros

Amazing benefits package, good company mission. Interesting work and lots of opportunities to learn. You'll work with some wonderful, intelligent, and interesting people.

Cons

Product Certification management is massively disorganized, which has resulted in a staffing crisis. Managers make a lot of statements that they won't put into writing, make promises or talk about grand future plans that never come to fruition. Job titles and functions are unclear, and it seems like this is intentional because it means managers don't have to commit to anything. The result is: people aren't sure what their job priorities are or what procedures to follow.
