Pros

WQA has a good benefit package

Cons

The new upper manangement is cold, calculated and out for themselves. Power and money seem to provide them their only motivation to do anything.

They will push you to your absolute limit

Pros

Flexible working hours. Summer hours.

Cons

Terribly disorganized middle management. Every day a new policy, no vision, no transparency, and no job security. If you are incompetent but young you are in, if you are qualified but older you are out making it a very stressful and cutthroat environment. On the other hand upper management only looks out for themselves and never sees the big picture. Therefore your loyalty is never rewarded. HR is dishonest, double faced and sneaky.
