Pros

Great place to work and there’s a reason they’re the #1 station in the area. Management make a point to make employees feel appreciated and in return everyone gives the best effort.

Cons

No cons working here at all!

Poor management and lack of transparency

Pros

You have access to many research tools, free coffee and breakfast, events through your department, bonuses, the gardens.

Cons

Unethical work expectations. Very much a 'boys club' type of place, bullying from coworkers, extremely self concerned and do not care at all for employees after difficult situations arise that are unexpected personally. Never trust them because they only care about themselves. Hiring someone based on experience then when they are much more experienced in certain things, they pretend to like it then talk crap behind your back instead of utilizing strengths for the benefit of everyone.

Pros

The actual employees are amazing people and great to work with.

Cons

Management is a nightmare. Disrespectful, degrading and will yell at you without a second thought. Cannot handle breaking news or someone with a differing opinion.
