Pros

Salary pay. Flexible Schedule hours and Healthcare

Cons

They let me go out of nowhere and a couple months later I receive a CEASE and DESIST letter for something I didn’t post on here. Too bad these reviews are all anonymous. Maybe they should have thought about that before they drafted the letter. I don't know what they were thinking but seems like a bad business decision to me. If it weren't for that letter I would not even be here posting this but thanks for reminding me about this site because there's plenty of opportunity here. Now here I am less than 10 days before Christmas looking for a job. I guess it's greeting cards for my family this year. I thought I could trust them but I guess I was wrong.

Pros

There are no pros within this company

Cons

I strongly recommend steering clear of this company. The owner avoids confrontation, delegating difficult conversations to his fellow male coworkers, who often handle matters unethically. This creates a work environment rife with dishonesty and corruption. Management shows little respect for employees and seldom provides constructive feedback. WRL Advertising is a toxic and unprofessional place that fails to value or support its employees.
