Pros

There are a few wonderful women in the welfare team who do not reflect the overall team and are not included in the terrible feelings that the rest of this team brings to the company.

Cons

During my time at the company, I encountered a large team of women led by a terrible manager. Most of their time was spent stirring up trouble and tension among employees instead of being a source of support and assistance for us the employees. Their manager operates very manipulatively using a divide and conquer strategy causing severe tension between teams and employees. Additionally, the HRBP team is not neutral and definitely not a resource for finding solutions, as they are preoccupied with trivial matters and often seem to enjoy hearing about the "dirt" in the company rather than genuinely helping us with issues that arise in our day-to-day work with company managers.

A cool startup. A not-so-cool organizational culture.

Pros

Cool offices, good vibes, warm and kind people on a personal level.

Cons

Very low salaries compared to the market, with slow promotion rates and bonuses that don’t align with a true high-tech environment. An unprofessional management layer with no real intention to evaluate or improve its effectiveness in Israel. The company has many “seat warmers.” They claim to have a work-life balance culture, but in reality, it doesn’t exist. The HR department is unprofessional and actually encourages toxicity within teams. The company’s “personal growth program,” which it proudly promotes, is relevant only to about 3% of employees who truly benefit from it, and it doesn’t reflect a genuine core company value. The company is growing, but it’s not becoming more professional when it comes to operational processes.
