There's unstructured in the sense of "you wanna do that? Sure, it adds value, go ahead, and let me know how I can help you to make it ever better", of which there was a lot of from my direct leadership, but then there's simply lack of structure, of which there was a lot of, and that's something that comes from further up.
Looking back, I get the sense that there simply wasn't enough structure to sustain the project, which ultimately led to its collapse and the progressive firing of more than 1300 people.
If you needed stable, this wasn't the place to go. If you were instead craving the freedom to explore and try out new roles, this was 100% the place to go.
