      Pros

      Good pay, some knowledgeable people on shifts. Find your niche in that place and you're good. Decent floor staff

      Cons

      Upper management is always on the prowl for people to get in trouble. Maintenance is 50/50 at best and its old an old building with old machines.

      Don't know what are the pros since I join only I was looking there were no prose except Employer NPS facility for employee.

      1. The culture is too hectic. 2. They just hire for fun and after that fire since I have joined lot of people were fired without any reason. 3. Too much micro management and politics. 4. The environment is fully positioned.
