      Provided work from home facility after Covid.

      Cons

      1. Bad salary structure 2. Now sifted as freelance company but gives work very unprofessionally 3. Rude behaviour of upper management 4. Treat employee as a slave 5. No others benifits at all. 6. Toxic environment 7. Cheap politics 8. No work/life balance

      Pros

      Majority of employees are helpful and really talented artist's. In past the opportunity was good, Now not sure because the studio sacked almost all employees .

      Cons

      Horrible Horrible Horrible Management people. Like they belong to the fish markets. They are just there by licking boots, no input they provide or any skill they have. OMG horribleeee.

      Only functioning animation company in Kolkata (sole reason it garners attention is the lack of alternatives in the region. Unfortunately, the management—ranging from HR to Project Supervisors—is some of the worst I’ve encountered.)
