      Fun co-workers, good tech, remote

      Cons

      Awful pay. Management is very tight-lipped, and there's no transparency behind what is ever going on. Employees seem to suddenly vanish here and there without warning or reason, and are not given a reason upon termination.

      Pros

      I have had the opportunity to grow so much at Waggon, learning new facets of the industry. The team is great, and lots of new and fun tech tools being utilized.

      Cons

      Hard work is demanded, this team is tenacious, and we settle for nothing but the best work. Its not for everyone, but for those who are all in this is the place to be.

      Work remote is nice while it lasts

      Cons

      Have a backup plan, they will let you go without warning regardless of job performance, they don't have the funding to really be running a company, have hired and fired 5 different people while I worked there. Expect job to last about 3 months
