Pros

There are some wonderful and kind employees at the company who do genuinely care. Working to help dogs and cats remain healthy is certainly a nice mission.

Cons

A disorganized structure - the structure and hierarchy changes several times in a short period of time. A high turnover rate - employees leave and are fired at a very high rate. The executive team was mostly let go within the space of a few months - some replaced, others not. Confusing messaging from leadership . Unwritten requirement to work weekends and evenings.

Some good people among the ranks. Focus on pets can be meaningful.

Cons

Immature, inexperienced management. No vision or long-term plan. Undifferentiated product in a highly competitive and crowded category = a losing proposition.

-Lack structure -Senior leadership is in need of some training, including the CEO -CEO seems out of touch with employees, her attitude isn't in line with a solid leader -No career path, no defined culture -Client base is weak
