      Colleagues are kind and generous

      This company like to play the blame "game" instead of growing together and solve as a team. The turn over rate is really fast. See new faces come and go because the management likes to micromanage the staffs. I can say that this company is toxic and unhealthy environment to work in.

      Nothing......All staffs are self-centred and care only for themselves.

      Cons

      -No training or guidance provided. -Management misused authority and anyhow terminate my service during my last day of probation, in which I did not receive a single warning letter at all.
