The work environment is positive and stress-free. Colleagues are supportive, management is approachable, and the company fosters a culture of growth and encouragement. Also they offer Internships even you have no prior experience as a Software Developer. They help you learn from scratch and give you an opportunity, no questions asked. Great place to start your career.
Cons
No perks or incentives are offered. There can be occasional workplace politics, but it is limited to a few individuals. Additionally, there are no WFH or hybrid options if the client operates in the IST timezone.
