Pros

The company has a good amount of training when you are a new employee. The people that work there know what they are doing, and the benefits are strong. There is also a very good opportunity for compensation in sales. The business is also expanding into additional magazines which is good for sales and the company.

Cons

The downside to working there is there have been many management changes at the top, which means there have been frequent changes in account managers over the last few years. There have also been reductions in the workforce.

Low salary. Bad commission structure. Company doesn't keep up with current media trends. No real digital strategy.
