I feel as though allowing this behavior created an environment where individuals who demonstrated strong job performance, were reluctant to share ideas or seek guidance for fear of repercussions. Overall, I believe that fostering a more open and supportive communication culture would greatly benefit the organization and its employees. I also feel as though it’s extremely important that the appropriate employees be held accountable for their actions and managers/supervisors should be held to a higher standard as they are suppose to be leading examples.
