Certainly! Here’s a more professionally worded version of your review: --- During my time with the company, I observed significant challenges in communication within the organization. It appeared that some department managers exhibited unprofessional behavior without accountability. There were instances where conflicts were created that led to unjust disciplinary actions, including misleading statements made about employees. Additionally, I felt that there was a lack of transparency, as important job-related information was not effectively communicated. This sometimes resulted in a divisive atmosphere, where colleagues were encouraged to isolate or target others. It was also concerning to know higher-ups are aware of these things and express things like “she’s just threatened by you because you’re good at your job. I feel as though allowing this behavior created an environment where individuals who demonstrated strong job performance, were reluctant to share ideas or seek guidance for fear of repercussions. Overall, I believe that fostering a more open and supportive communication culture would greatly benefit the organization and its employees. I also feel as though it’s extremely important that the appropriate employees be held accountable for their actions and managers/supervisors should be held to a higher standard as they are suppose to be leading examples.
