Pros

At times the job could be interesting because of who the clients are. There's a nice deck to enjoy during lunch (but see the cons about daring to take a lunch break).

Cons

The atmosphere is demoralizing. It's a company where you're expected to pay your dues and put in your time, but it's never really clear what you will get for that and in the meantime you're underpaid and in a toxic environment. Wear the wrong shoes, take a lunch or not volunteer enough and you'll get a wrist slap.

Broad experience, low pay

Pros

Super smart people with a multitude of backgrounds. The company is small, so you have opportunities to learn a variety of skills.

Cons

Under-market pay if you're anything below senior leadership and no transparency around a formal bonus structure. A lot of politics with two owners who have very different ideas can make projects difficult.

Great clients/team, awful management.

Pros

The work is meaningful and the team is great.

Cons

If Waldron lived up to their marketing they would be a force to be reckoned with, but they fall woefully short. Virtually no management, professional development, or respect for junior staff.
