Pros

The only pro is being employed.

Cons

I have recruited for over 10 years and have never worked for such a shady and unprofessional company. I left an amazing company to take on this role and I realized only after a day or 2 I made a huge mistake! I was asked to work 3 hours into the evening after my 2nd day on the job and was continuously asked almost every day after. You will be micromanaged like a child and asked every couple of hours what submissions you have. My training consisted of about 2 hours and the rest I learned on my own. You will be be given a laptop as they want you to be tied to your desk all day everyday. Out of the blue after NO warnings or even given my metrics I was called by the Director after being there only 2 weeks and was fired. I was told that the owners and him had decided it was no longer a good fit as I didn't produce what they wanted me to at this point My response was, " I haven't even been trained and how do you know I can't produce when I have been here 2 weeks?" I was then expected to have all of their equipment back to them the next day, they were VERY concerned about this. Despite getting the equipment back I have yet to get my last paycheck which I should have had 2 weeks ago. Did I mention another recruiter resigned my second week on the job without even having another job it was so toxic? Not to mention another recruiter that quit right after I left, leaving them with only 2. They have also been through 3 recruiting directors in 6 months. Its a joke of a company that only cares about money and not their employees. Don't drink the Kool aid and run the other way!

Pros

Company is small, with only 5 -7 people working there. Pay is weekly Nice office

Cons

The Managing Partner & CEO are married and share an office but never come out of it to talk to the staff. They have a "senior" recruiter who is their golden child and has the attitude that she can do whatever she wants and is very toxic in the office. The organization is still very new and they make decisions on client assignments after they accept the job and then find out they can't handle the volume. On one particular job they wanted 1 person to on-board 400 people for the healthcare industry that included full background checks, drug screens, and health records in 4 days so they could start a project. There was no since of order or process so they gave the 5 people in the office a time line to get everything done and sent attestation forms over to the client saying they candidate for the job had completed and passed all background checks, drug screens etc. when in fact they had not. Also the owners have this feeling that they do not have to pay employees if they do not like them. Beware of the owner who fires people over the phone instead of being professional and talking to them face to face, and then does not pay them their last paycheck because they think they "checked out" and were not working for them. Newsflash: If an employee is ready and willing to work and on the clock you must pay them. Big Time Law suit if you don't.

Pros

I have absolutely nothing good to say about this horrible company. They have no morals!!

Cons

I worked for this company. They called and fired me over the phone 7 hours into the job. Gave me no reason! I worked a total of 13 hours including training. I later found out I was fired due to my background which I explained that my name had been mixed up with someone else's and I proof. I submitted the proof was still not paid! I was advised that I still had criminal background. I said review it it says that all cases were dismissed. I am still not getting paid! Calling an attorney.
