      As with most places office staff are treated like queens, but the people doing all the hard physical work are just grunts

      Office ladies. A real trench spirit.

      Cons

      Managers belittle employees and talk to them like they are nothing. Employees don't have enough time to complete their jobs 9-5 and 'voluntarily' stay on to save them hassle later on. Management don't have enough time to do their jobs as always in meetings and even call in on days off.
