      A good place in a niche industry

      Pros

      You can learn a lot there and be exposed to working on a global scale very quickly. The management values results as opposed to how your resume works on paper which is great if you are starting out

      Cons

      The industry is niche so it may be a bit limiting

      Very nice people work there.

      Cons

      The biggest cons are the directors unfortunately. They hide a lot of info from the company holder Ivaylo and do what they want.
