Avoid, if you can

Pros

Note that all of the other reviews are mainly from employees based in India which is a different culture compared to other countries. If you’re after a junior role with low pay, limited benefits, long hours, but some nice people, then it’s an alright company to work. If you want anything more, I would avoid.

Cons

They hire and fire quickly, especially in certain teams like commercial. People are here one day and gone the next with no explanation. This created a large lack of trust between employees and leadership and a bunch of people ended up leaving. A bunch of people left with no jobs lined up which says a lot. The pay isn’t aligned to the tech industry and they offer barely any benefits…but there are free snacks and drinks in the London office so that’s enough.. right? Financially, it doesn’t seem like the company does that well/the overheads are too high as they don’t seem to put any money into increasing benefits for employees. If you work in the commercial team, you’ll get ahead and be praised only if you are ‘always on’ and replying to emails outside of work hours. Expect to be replying to emails from 6 am - 10 pm.
