There are no pros only Cons this place is unethically ran nobody stays unless they are the gatekeepers other than that you’ll eventually leave

Let’s begin no matter what shift you prefer you’ll begin on days literally wasting time doing a job that more & likely you’ll NEVER DO AGAIN!!! Without the mandatory overtime the Pay scale is horrible The micromanagement is horrible it’s a bunch of ppl who couldn’t cut it or never tried to move up micromanaging you If you do work 10 hr days you still don’t receive a break until 5 hrs later the Vice President is horrible he talks down to people the only time you’ll be approached by him will be a negative situation
