Cons

Lack of structure, lack of leadership, no process Unnecessary work stack and piled on more unnecessary work. No clear direction from the upper management. Does not value on site team. No communication from upper management, 3-4 meetings every week with no purpose. No support and the work load is over baring.

We recognize the importance of our talented team and want to provide a work environment that fosters two-way communication. While we have not had a property manager role in Katy as referenced in this post, we take this feedback seriously and will review internally.

Pros

They give free lunch everyday

Cons

The environment here is so toxic. I was constantly disrespected while I was working in the design department, specifically by my boss . The micromanagement at this company is ridiculous, my new job is so much better in this aspect and that is why I am so incredibly thankful I do not work here anymore.

Pros

The company is described as fast-paced and evolving, which might appeal to those who thrive in challenging, changing settings and want to work on diverse projects in real estate development, construction, and property management.

Cons

As a staff accountant at Wan Bridge, I had an extremely negative experience due to several critical issues. The upper management was poor, often resorting to yelling, which felt like harassment and created a toxic work environment. Employees were treated unfairly, and there was a high turnover rate, likely due to the overwhelming workload, lack of work-life balance, and low pay. Overall, it was the worst company I’ve ever worked for, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
