      Pros

      Finding it hard to find any, usually it’s people but when the culture that comes from the CEO is toxic, it leave’s very little.

      Cons

      Not a good company to work for. Has a high turnaround of staff, nearly someone new every week. (Says it all) No accountability. A blame culture. Senior management / Heads offer no support. Installation team a joke. (Mainly Management) No help. No training. Service towards customers is frightening, not bothered if they let people down. A phrase heard at lot when something goes wrong “that’s the Wanzl way”….pathetic!!

      The presence of some exceptional individuals within the business makes it more bearable.

      Cons

      Numerous managers within the shopfitting sector opt to burden Project and Design managers excessively, leading them to eventually falter in their roles and depart from the company. The prevailing culture is appalling, and regrettably, the business has witnessed the departure of several invaluable individuals over the past 3 years as a consequence of the shopfitting department's new management team.
