Pros
Very well organised, friendly and meaningful hiring process. They give space and encourage the candidate to ask questions about everything in order to understand from her/his part if the team is a good match. They also gave a funny but the same time tricky case study to accomplish and in my opinion this is the best way to check the design qualities and design strategies.
Cons
It is still a small company but they grow fast and steady and the same time they have their own strong values and visions.
