      Pros

      Very little stupid work. People are actually trying to get things to work here. Management is listening. The company is not big enough not to care about employees. No toxic culture. People are simple, straightforward, and easy to work with. Plenty of company paid trips.

      Cons

      If you want to chill, this is not a place for you.

      1. I can actually be creative No one’s micromanaging me, I get to try ideas and see what works. 2. I’m involved in the bigger strategy, not just scheduling content all day. 3. Things move fast, so if I have an idea, I can usually just run with it. 4. The team is easy to work with, I can ask for input anytime, but still have my own space. 5. You pick up so much about marketing, SaaS, and growth just by being here.

      things can feel a bit all over the place sometimes, it’s a startup, so structure isn’t always perfect
