Pros

Very nicely decorated, clean, a one stop shop for test. Ten providers work here, getting an appointment is easy. There are a few employees that really do care.

Cons

This place is toxic! There is a huge turn around with employees at this office. The interview processes is very easy, they hire low quality employees across the board no matter what department. The administrators are rude, condescending worms that micro-manage and love getting employees written up. They fire people left and right, the decent ones get fed up and leave. Their administrative team consist of non- educated employees that kiss butt to upper staff & owners; and have no clue how to bring teamwork to the field. The office has 10 providers with only about 3-4 that have been their more than a few years. The rest leave after a few months of experiencing employment here. This frustrated the patients constantly trying to find another provider to start over with. This is a money making mill, ordering useless unnecessary exams for the patient. You'll have patients questioning you often about why all these exam are ordered and are they necessary. Warner Family Practice will find a loop hole to get it ordered. Here are things I wish I new about this place before accepting employment here. 1. They will offer you an hourly rate, beware if you are full time employee. Your pay check will reflect a salary rate not the exact hours worked that pay period. If you stay later, and believe me they always expect you to stay later THEY DO NOT PAY OVER TIME. 2.Personal time off PTO, you collect 3.3 hours every pay period. This equals 79.2 PTO hours yearly. You are short 0.8 hours to take 2 weeks off annually. They have many rules with the PTO. For example can only take 5 days off in a row. You can not save up your time off and take an one long vacation. Only one day off adjacent to a holiday is allowed annually. You are in no way possible to take time off without pay if you have an emergency, they will fire you. There are many weird things that go on in this office that just do not make sense.

Pros

There is absolutely nothing I can say that's positive about this company. It's that bad.

Cons

Where do I even begin? I was hired on a monday and fired by friday. I was the 3rd person they fired from the position in 3 weeks. The women who work in the call center are refereed to as "the hyenas" because they were such horrible people. They are the most abusive unprofessional group of women I've ever had the dis-pleasure of being around. I have no idea how they keep their jobs, well actually I do know. The manager is absolutely a worthless piece of garbage. After 3 days of WATCHING, the rest of the hyenas decided all not to come into work on friday so I would have to take care of everything administratively all on my own. Keep in mind I was expected to do the jobs of 7 other girls who refused to show up because they wanted to get me fired. Despite the circumstances I did incredibly well. One of the hyenas came in later in the day and put a bag of cinnamon rolls in the cupboard above my desk. I guess there's not allowed to be food back there. I had no idea it was there. The manager stormed in. opened the cupboard and pulled out the cinnamon rolls. She called me into her office and proceeded to yell at me for 20 minutes about mistakes I had made that day. No crap I was going to make mistakes! I wasn't trained! If your idea of "training" is having a person sit behind and WATCH someone who's working, you have no business being a manager. You should be serving fries at McDonalds (no offense to McDonalds). At one point I couldn't hold back the tears. I had busted my behind. She began yelling louder about how I was a weak person and she didn't want any weak people working for her. Absolute nightmare. Wish I had told them to take the job and shove it.
