CEO over-manages employees. There is no management structure, HR department, extremely small work force (5 total employees servicing large customer base) so work load gets dispersed very unevenly. There is very little to no formal/proper training yet expectations to perform job functions and use web portal were very high. CEO is very aggressive verbally, while I was there an employee quit simply because of the hostile nature that the CEO creates. I was expected to perform duties outside of job scope and was then held accountable if those duties were under-performed.
