Good benefits, good vision, good salary.
Cons
Younger employees are left aside and there is a group of older employees who benefit from each other. There was a feeling of distance from other colleagues and projects and demands were unfairly distributed.

Outdated HR policies. Despite some flashy events, the work-life relation as the least priority. Overworked staff because of severely understaff teams.
