To be one of the largest logistical companies FedEx and their contractors has the highest level of disorganization and inability to communicate with each other I have ever witnessed in my entire driving career. I don't understand how the company is able to turn profits like they do flat out. FedEx flat out robs their contractors they literally do not pay them nothing their profit margin is slim to none, with that said the management of the contractor I'm currently working for is total disorganization there is no team vibe whatsoever. Out of the Murfreesboro terminal if you ask management a question that they should know just because of the position that they're in even though the question is unrelated to their job they will not answer it and will refer you to somebody else that's BS. They do not sanitize the trucks after each disgruntled driver gets out of it and trashes it this is a problem of immense proportion it is ridiculous, when I got in the truck to clean it out and have everything ready I found used condoms tampons the food was rotting in the refrigerator there was blood on the mattress this is totally unacceptable you do not do a human being that way especially an employee that you are reliant on to keep your business operating. I've only been there just a few weeks but it is so abundantly clear the employees do not care about the company one bit it is solely about them and that little paycheck that they get they don't care, the overall job atmosphere is totally corrosive to having good employees that enjoy their job and love working there. Currently there is about a 92 to 97% turnover rate just on the drivers and the staff at that one term of that I know about and from what I understand this is a company-wide issue. This is not solely on Warrior Logistics this is also a problem caused by FedEx themselves let me be clear about that, if FedEx would pay just a little bit more then the contractors could afford to pay a little bit more money and keep those higher quality drivers there on retention also the same with their office workers in most cases quality trumps quantity. Another huge huge problem is they use a company called First Advantage this is a FedEx mandated thing this is how they hire you through these morons it while I was employed I applied to a couple different companies and once one of these other companies pulled my file that immediately shut my CDL down and I lost a full weeks of work because of that so they can get that little snafu cleared up so that I could drive. It took 2 months just to get a job with these morons and this was the fast crew Warrior was fast compared to the others. I have worked for at least 10 other carriers some of the largest ones in the industry and in every in my life have I ever encountered half actually I'm going to say three quarters the amount of stuff that I have at this company already in under a month never it astounds me that they're still in operation. Is there money to be made yes there is some money to be made is the offset of money compared to the amount of stress you're going to take for your job is it worth it and that's yet to be seen.
