Pros

Holiday gifts or events Many friendly people Business casual attire

Cons

Company has bragged about overworking their staff and not giving them a raise. Horrible communication in between departments and most of management. Upper management makes no effort to interact with anyone they deem less than. Fake promises about compensation for holiday work.

Pros

Tech-forward company and relaxed professional culture

Cons

Leadership maintains a two-faced approach with their employees. It’s certainly a cliquey environment as some others mentioned. It’s a sales-first company, so any attempt to do your job (that somehow impedes the sales team) is met with immediate questioning. Completing company surveys brings about anxiety, as leadership actively walks around and asks how you’re completing the survey. They love promising security only to pull it out from under your feet later (cutting salaries, making certain departments commission-based which shouldn’t be based on their job function, etc.). Reviews by leadership should be taken with a grain of salt
