      Pros

      Company Mission and the challenge of the work is rewarding. Great team.

      Cons

      Only Con right now is work loads, but that is changing with the new CEO who is allowing us to hire to accommodate the excessive growth during the past 5 years. Used to be a horrible work environment with a narcissistic CEO who actually bragged that he wants to be the "A-hole" of the company. That CEO is finally gone and the new CEO is a great boss promoting workplace respect and professionalism. Future is Bright!!!!
