      No pros at all except for the idea of the app

      Cons

      Low compensation no onboarding very bad management no insights or plan for whats needed to be done and always expecting working in the weekends and overtime all for free and if you dont you get fired

      Due to the companies struggle in understand the roles of different employees its possible to gain significant understanding in differnet aspects of working in a SaaS company - this allows for lots of responsibility and opportunity. For many students it can be difficult to find a job that doesnt involve physical labour - this job involves sitting at a desk which might appeal to some. Can for some be relevant working experience which might look good on a CV :)

      Terrible management, awful company culture, when looking behind the "shiny curtain" the company also delves into highly unethical activity. Insane amount of employee exchanges - during my around 1 year of work 10+ inidividuals got hired and left/fired. An extreme amount considering the company at the time was under 12 employees. Can make it challenging to form bonds with colleagues.
