Helping an incredible group of international staff achieve their goals.

Your job is always on the line. I watched as quickly people who were 60 or older were fired without true cause. The CFO told me I had gone as far as I could in my position because they couldn’t have anymore women in higher positions, I was shocked. If you did something ie made a decision that the ceo did not like he would yell, curse and send emails cc all directors and some staff going off, could be as simple as the India office Skype call dropped or not liking a specific software suggested. Let’s not even talk about how they handle actual donor money when it comes in the door. I worked 24/7. If any staff member needed help from any country I got the call, it was difficult.
