Company lacks support to their field technicians. does not pay for tools, does not even pay for proper ppe. It feels like the company was terrible before and then they got acquired by a.o.smith and now its even worse. Nobody in the company was digging the trenches before i got hired. I was digging trenches almost everyday because nobody else wanted to.
