Pros

Work Monday thru Friday and off on weekends.

Pros

Good pay. Good AC. Alright pay.

Cons

So many cons. They do not care for their employees. They expect so much but given very little or very horrible training. They do not provide proper PPE either. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

We value your feedback and are disappointed to hear that your experience was not as rewarding as we had hoped. We are always looking for ways to demonstrate how much we care about our employees. WaterSaver has a proud history of long-tenured employees, which reflects our philosophy of recognizing the contributions and value brought by our team members. We take great pride in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, and go to great lengths to keep the environment clean, well-lit, comfortable, and safe. In fact, providing best-in-class safety equipment is one of our most important commitments and all employees are expected to (and must) wear the appropriate PPE, which we provide. If there is a particular circumstance where you believe we fell short of this commitment, we ask that you please email us at hr@wsflab.com, as we must better understand the situation and implement any necessary corrective actions immediately. Safety is an integral part of our culture. We hope to hear back from you, wish you the best moving forward, and appreciate the contributions you made during your tenure.

Overall, Good Company to Work For

Pros

The schedule, flexibility and opportunities for growth. Pay is in line with what you would make if you worked anywhere else. Office employees have a little more flexibility in their schedule. If you work in the factory, the schedule is pretty set. In reading other reviews, a lot of people mention lack of room for growth; however, it's clear these reviews were written by people who did not live up to their potential. There have been numerous people promoted, just within the last year. So, that benefit has been misrepresented. Typically the people who get promoted have put in a couple of years (at least) and are really hard working. The work environment is unlike any other manufacturing company. The building is beautiful and super clean (you could eat off the floors). That being said, the owner is super strict about cleanliness. There is free parking for employees who drive. If someone takes public transit, the location is great because it's one block from the blue line and the Halsted bus drops you off (basically) in front of the building.

Cons

The environment is a little micro-managing. Some people are allowed creative freedoms while others are not. Performance reviews get done - but, not on time. There is a lot of work to do (which is not all that bad) but it's easy to feel overwhelmed.
