CEO Liviu Mantescu shows the symptoms of severe narcissistic personality disorder. I was hired after he fired the previous engineers and CTO for disloyalty to him. He later fired the chemist for, as she said, "insufficient loyalty". Twice an instillation to a customer's site that the future of Watergenics relied on was sabotaged by him as he could not not be the center of attention. He even broke delicate equipment in response to being told to not handle the expensive and delicate lab equipment. When asked about this he said he knew more about the equipment than me, the person who built it, so knew it would survive being shaken violently. I think he really believes this. After I was suddenly told to leave the company, I found that he had not paid my taxes or health insurance. I didn't get paid my wages (~€9k). He wouldn't return €567.64 of my personal money. The CEO is a clown who will sabotage projects to remain the center of attention.

Horrible founder, incompetent business team, low salaries, no funding, continuously changing focus, no long lasting employment.
