Psychological Torment
Pros
The pay is usually on the higher level. The CEO gives out random gifts and cash somewhat frequently. The water business is very stable, and I assume the company will be as well.
Cons
The pay, gifts, and cash are all used in means of control. The office lacks workplace professionalism and employees will spread gossip and make passive aggressive remarks on a daily basis. THERE IS NO WORK STRUCTURE/TRAINING! The CEO claims "there is no point of paying employees higher than minimum wage to tell them what to do." She has bottomless expectations for employees and will constantly bring you down and call you out in front of other employees in means to embarrass you. She brings in her extremely aggressive dog, Bingo, who constantly barks at employees whenever they stand or walk around the dog, and BITES! I have seen two instances where the dog made employees bleed from their hands because of his bite. NO WORKER'S COMP WAS ISSUED TO THESE EMPLOYEES. Communication within office is extremely terrible and minimal. Subtle mention; they are painfully anal with their A/C system and will force you to shed/apply layers before adjusting the A/C.Bottom line, the biggest issue with working at Wateria's corporate office is that they will never be satisfied; even when you do something "right," they'll find a way for you to look bad.
