Monthly TGIF which at the end of the day isn't about relieving staff from work pressure.
Cons
Hostile and toxic work environment . Work ethic not suitable for married women and women with children. Also for men, not a suitable environment No work life balance Delay in planning and decision making Hire and fire staff. No sustainability plan by management on staff retention Manual and bureaucratic process Job can affect staff mental health as the job is demanding and too stressful. You most likely work every weekend as well MD talks to staff anyhow in an unprofessional manner . Company does not follow or honor contractual employment terms. E.g probationary period in contract isn't adhered too.
