-truly wonderful people -great mission -could really be successful

-hard to span between London & SF timezones if you're work is cross-office -health insurance is worse than past jobs -most people get down-leveled when they get to WS (e.g. you managed a team, now you're an IC), which is fine but means most people take a real pay cut
