      Pros

      At the time there was no billable hour requirement.

      Cons

      Letofsky is awful. Chauvinist, rude, not up-to-date on statutes/case law, and has no desire to train or foster growth. Probably why they shifted to hiring older attorneys. Pay was also way below fair market.

      Very friendly staff. Partners are nice. They have benefits including 401k match.

      Cons

      They do not pay as well. Billing system is outdated. Little room to grow.
