Pros
Consistent flow of work available through the year. Mandatory training as WAVE takes on new major clients is improving.
Cons
Some of the POS-based work subject to occasional non-delivery or delays of materials to your home before visiting job. Increasing amount of POS materials sent to you, rather than shipped to a retailer's premises for the task.
