Pros

Most of the staff are friendly

Cons

Bullying from CEO is rampant (including casually shouting and banging tables), people work in a constant state of fear, witnessed people being fired at their desk for trivial things, unpaid interns got frequent and public shaming from the CEO. Anyone who works here will know these reviews are largely inaccurate. Avoid at all costs

Toxic environment, not worthwhile

Pros

Colleagues are nice and helped me through constructive feedback, improving the quality of my work. Hybrid work schedule was reasonable.

Cons

The work environment was toxic. Half of the office was a revolving door for interns, which felt exploitative. All departments were also under one manager, who made my time there stressful. This manager frequently singled-out people on group meetings. On multiple occasions I faced technical issues, I was expected to resolve them myself despite my experience being in motion graphics and not IT support. The consistent humiliation made me want to leave rather than stay. I spoke to HR about this, however they made it clear that the employees well-being wasn't a priority. Until these issues are resolved, I recommend avoiding this company unless you don't value your mental wellbeing.

Pros

Sometimes, it's just hilarious how bad things are. It makes you laugh. A free lunch once in a blue moon... Usually only when someone leaves. Became a lot more frequent over the past 2 years as the pandemic made people reassess why on earth they'd spend time at a company that provided little in terms of growth and development and couldn't give a hoot about there mental health and well being when times got tough for everyone. A €50 one for all voucher at Christmas. (don't spend it all at once now!) Very little positive to say about it. Colleagues and employees were all sound. But management, working conditions and benefits need big improvements.

Cons

Poor communication. Top down decision making is resulting in poor strategic direction in many areas, and is wasting the talent of employees in the lower ranks of the company, preventing any chance of growth, development and actualisation. The CEO needs to change how he operates and treats people massively. I know it's not a huge company, but it's extremely stingy. It needs to be more generous with employee recognition and benefits. 'Thank you' once a quarter at the Town halls doesn't cut it.
